Delivery charges are listed at checkout, if you are an international customer, please make sure to email us before purchasing and we will get you a shipping quote for the item(s), just bear in mind there may be a time difference, and we may not respond right away, but we will always respond within 24 hours of your email.

We accept ALL major credit cards and PayPal as payment.

Delivery will take anywhere from 3-5 Business days within the U.S. but you will always be given a tracking number to follow, and for international customers, ship time will vary, but we will try to give you an estimation before purchase.

All transactions are process using Paypal. Regardless if you have an account or not, they process all transactions. Yes, your data is safe and protected by one of the world’s leading payment processors on the internet.

After ordering, we send you a receipt via email, then you receive a second email the next business day when the item actually ships, that 2nd email will include your tracking info for the product.

You will receive an invoice/receipt after order is made and paid for.

We will accept returns; however, you MUST email us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If after this period, the answer is no to the return. Again, we painstakingly measure and post many zoomable pictures for you to review before you buy and we list any flaws that an item has in the description, so please review the item before you buy it, and review the item when it arrives.

We want our international customers to email us at:orders@freshemporium.com with the item(s) they are interested in, as well as the country we are shipping to. We will reply with the cost of ship, if you want us to proceed, simply email us back and ask for an invoice, and we will invoice you the total via PayPal. International customers have to have a PayPal account to make an order. We will not pull the item out of our inventory as sold, until the invoice is paid, so be sure to be prompt, as your item could be sold in the process as we do not believe in “holds.” Once paid, the item will ship the next business day.
